Morning Star
Sitting at the edge of an open meadow we are greeted by the refreshing Eastern sky perspectives. Morning Stars as they hold presence until the sun comes round the bend. Slivers of waning moons also being chased by the suns certain appearance over there out your front window. Cooler summer evenings as the trees in the rear provide benevolent shade. Un-compromised Full moon risings from the rockers on the elongated covered front porch.
Often I have paused on the road behind this lot and shut off my cars engine to step out and set foot on the land. A greeting of some sort awaits my offerings of tobacco, a gifting to the land and to those who have stewarded such a beautiful place. One morning I looked long into the leafless forest and when my senses stilled I tuned into the presence of some very pointy ears turned my way. Long noses and white spotted fur filled the frame with that mornings humbling recognition of this being a home to many who walk the land!
Partnered with the neighboring site Sunny Day, this one offers a unique potential for two homes to work symbioticly as a planned compound of home, work, play, mother in law structures held in common or planned to be of like nature and architectural style. Low sprawling ranches that encircle the center of a cultivated herb and flower garden.
