Many Feather

Walking upon this land we have experienced many natural exchanges with the plants and animals of the woods. Here amidst the pine forest of the tree canopy we often marvel at how the seasons show the subtleties of change. In the Fall a blanket of yellow needles await the wind's sweeping into patterns worthy of an Andy Goldsworth assembly. This past Winter the snow clung tightly in the out stretched arms of “Spruce Row.” And then in the Spring a massing of dropped pine cones. This summer the birds sing to our presence and the forest under story dances with leafy branches covering the earth in yet another showing of Natures dynamic presence.

Far up the hill and deep into the StarHill forest this home's site is also home to many other “Families of the Forest.” Feathery findings remind us of our mission to walk gently upon the Earth and respect that which took years to accumulate in such rich beauty and quiet presence.

A semi private home site this one might offer a log cabin type design replete with in floor radiant heat and a crackling fireplace to warm the soul.
